Motion by the appellant pro se pursuant to CPL 460.20 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated August 3, 2016, which denied his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated June 15, 2010 (People v Patel, 74 AD3d 1098), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered January 11, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
