It is ordered that the motion of the defendant-appellant seeking a continuance of the stay of execution of the sentence pending the determination of the appeal is granted for a period of one hundred and twenty days form the date the trial transcript is received by defendant's appellate counsel, without prejudice to a renewal of defendant-appellant's application for a further continuance.
