Motion by appellant, in effect, to consolidate the above-captioned appeals from judgments of conviction of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, rendered November 17, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that appellant may perfect the appeals with a single brief bearing both appeal numbers and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on both of the appeals at the same time; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals is granted and the appeals shall be perfected by March 3, 2017.
