Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 23, 2015, to amend the caption to reflect the death of respondent Jonathan Headley by deleting his name from the caption, and to allow the appeal to proceed.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the caption has been amended accordingly.
