Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered May 9, 2013.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as abandoned.

Appellant took an appeal from judgments of conviction rendered under six Criminal Court docket numbers, including the above-captioned Criminal Court docket number. He submitted an appellant's brief which addresses only the judgments of conviction rendered under the other five docket numbers. Accordingly, the appeal, with respect to the above-captioned docket number, is dismissed as abandoned.
