ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal taken by
appellants David Smalley and Judith Smalley is granted, without costs, upon default, and it is further
ORDERED that the appeal taken by appellants LaDuca Law Firm LLP and Anthony J. LaDuca is dismissed, without costs, unless said appellants file and serve a record on appeal and brief on or before April 3, 2017, in which event the
motion to dismiss said appeal is denied.
