ORDERED that Miriam Cecile Hadden, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Omshanti Parnes, Esq., P.O. Box 1984, Plattsburgh, NY 12901, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as she may direct.
