Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 13, 2015, and a judgment of the same court dated June 23, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 24, 2017, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
