Upon reading and filing the petition of Mary Gibbons, an attorney of the States of New Hampshire and New Jersey, verified on the 1st day of February, 2017, and the affidavit and exhibits annexed thereto, it is
ORDERED that the petition is granted and that upon taking and subscribing the constitutional oath of office as prescribed by law, Mary Gibbons is admitted to practice pro hac vice pursuant to § 520.11(a)(2) of the rules of the Court of Appeals and § 690.3(c) of the rules of this court, as an attorney and counselor-at-law on behalf of Brooklyn Defender Services, in all matters in which it has an interest, in all Courts of this State, from the date of taking and subscribing the oath to and including August 8, 2018, or upon her admission to practice law in the State of New York, whichever occurs first; and it is further,
ORDERED that Brooklyn Defender Services shall file an annual report pursuant to § 690.3(e) of the rules of this court concerning Mary Gibbons, and the legal services in which she was engaged in the preceding year.
