DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 28, 2016, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to appoint an attorney for the child on the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to appoint an attorney for the child on the appeal is denied as unnecessary (see Family Ct Act § 1120[b]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
