the alternative, to have this Court take judicial notice of said Affidavit of Service, and for an adjournment of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting defendants leave to supplement the record on
