Motion by Aleksandr Khlebopros to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated June 1, 2016, and to consolidate the appeals. Application by Aleksandr Khlebopros pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals and the application for that relief are granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until April 18, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
