ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2017, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 9, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto," and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto."
