| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by New York City Housing Authority from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 1, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 19, 2016, as amended November 16, 2016, the trial in the above-entitled action was stayed on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before January 17, 2017. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 19, 2016, as amended November 16, 2016, is vacated forthwith.
