Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Peter F. Edelman, Esq., dated February 3, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Dianne L. Lunn sworn to February 9, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 30, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 16, 2017, and inserting in its place the date February 27, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order entered January 30, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 3, 2017, and inserting in its place the date March 13, 2017.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to file and serve a respondents' brief will be granted.
