Motion by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 25, 2015, for leave to reargue that branch of their prior motion which was for the Court to take judicial notice of certain deeds, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 16, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
