An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about April 16, 2015,
and said appeal having been perfected, And, respondent-respondent mother having moved for an
order adjourning the aforesaid perfected appeal or, in the alternative, for an interim stay of the appeal, in order to
allow respondent additional time to file a respondent's brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect
to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of adjourning the perfected appeal to the June 2017 Term.
So much of the motion which seeks an interim stay is denied.
