Motion by the appellant-respondent to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 7, 2016. Separate motions by the plaintiffs-respondents-appellants and the defendant third-party plaintiff-respondent-appellant for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 20, 2017, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal and cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellant-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the defendant third-party plaintiff-respondent-appellant shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on its cross appeal, on or before April 24, 2017 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on their cross appeal, on or before May 30, 2017 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the defendants-respondents shall serve and file a brief on or before July 5, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent shall serve and file a reply brief on or before August 9, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective reply briefs on or before August 24, 2017.
