An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 16, 2016, And, petitioner-respondent having moved for an order granting a preference in the hearing of the appeal, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect

to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing that respondent-appellant perfects their appeal

on or before March 20, 2017 for the June 2017 Term. The

Clerk is directed to give a calendar preference for the appeal

during said June 2017 Term. In the event that respondent's

appeal is not perfected by the date specified, the stay that is
