DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION ,

Motion by the respondent Jamilla A. to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 23, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of Jamilla A. to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 14, 2017, and the brief of Jamilla A. shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the respondent Tajuddin A. to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 14, 2017, and the brief of the respondent Tajuddin A. shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the petitioner-appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before March 29, 2017.
