| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Lynette Bongocan to strike stated portions of the brief of the attorney for the child on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 6, 2016, on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), the time of Lynette Bongocan to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 24, 2017, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
