Defendant having moved for an enlargement of time to
perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme
Court, New York County, rendered on or about June 17, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to
the motion, and the stipulation of the parties dated January 17, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent
of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the June 2017 Term. The stay of execution of the aforesaid judgment granted
by an order of this Court entered on October 13, 2016 (M-4725), is extended under the original terms and conditions and on further condition that defendant perfects his appeal on or
