On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 8, 2017, in the above-entitled appeals from an amended judgment and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, both rendered October 14, 2015, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the word "Richmond," and substituting therefor the word "Dutchess."
