Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 17, 2016, and an amended judgment of the same court dated May 9, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until April 28, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
