Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated May 9, 2016, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2016-05742 and 2016-05773, and to withdraw an appeal from an order of the same court also dated May 9, 2016, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-05774.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2016-05742 and 2016-05773 will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to withdraw the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-05774 is granted, and that appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
