appeal is stricken; and, pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Stanley Neustadter, Esq., Cardozo School of Law, 55 Fifth

is substituted as counsel to prosecute the appeal. The poor person relief previously granted is continued, and the time in
which to perfect the appeal is enlarged until 120 days from the
