Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 10, 2017, to stay enforcement of an order of the same court dated May 11, 2016, and to enjoin the receiver for the subject premises, inter alia, from collecting rents, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
