On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 22, 2017, in the above-entitled appeals from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 6, 2016, is amended by deleting the second decretal paragraph thereof and substituting therefor the following decretal paragraph:
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), the time of Javier Laspina to perfect his appeal by serving and filing his brief on the appeal is enlarged until March 24, 2017, and the brief of Javier Laspina shall be served and filed on or before that date.
