ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 22, 2017, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered August 16, 2016, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Samuel David" and substituting therefor the name "Samuel Davis."
