Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered August 19, 2016, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 5, 2016, and for an extension of time to pay the arrears. Cross motion by respondent to vacate the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of appellant's motion and respondent's cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's cross motion is granted and the stay is vacated.
