| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by Josephine Jaghab, as administrator of the estate of Elias A. Jaghab, Jr., on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 9, 2015, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Elias A. Jaghab, Jr., and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Josephine Jaghab, as administrator of the estate of Elias A. Jaghab, Jr., is substituted for the deceased appellant Elias A. Jaghab, Jr., and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 3, 2017, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
