ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 10, 2017, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 1, 2015, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 16, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "September 23, 2014."
