Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 16, 2016, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 5, 2016, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party, and so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 12, 2016, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 22, 2016, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying a motion for reargument.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
