ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 4, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 27, 2016, and August 19, 2016, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "incorporates by reference the order dated August 19, 2016," and substituting therefor the words "incorporates by reference the order dated July 27, 2016."
