DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered June 17, 2014, and to be provided with copies of the indictment, written jury charge, written verdict form, and sentence and commitment, without charge.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto; it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall provide the appellant's counsel with copies of the indictment, written jury charge, written verdict form, and sentence and commitment, if those documents are contained in the original papers filed with this Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged. The appellant shall prosecute the appeal expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
