2008-06941, 2008-06942 The People, etc., respondent, v Stephen Socci, appellant. (Ind. Nos. 2657/06, 1715/07)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Stephen Socci from two judgments of the County Court, Nassau County, both rendered March 26, 2008. By order to show cause dated December 20, 2016, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the appellant has abandoned the appeals.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged. The appellant shall prosecute the appeals expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
ENG, P.J., MASTRO, HALL and DUFFY, JJ., concur.
