Application by the defendants-respondents Lucasta Malone and Nicholas Malone, and separate application by the defendants-respondents Scott Goldman and Lauren Goldman, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 18, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the defendants-respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until April 19, 2017, the defendants-respondents' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied.
