Appeal by Administration for Children's Services and separate appeals by Israel S., Rohan A. S., Jr., and Asia T. S. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 2, 2016. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Alan Fried, Esq., dated January 6, 2017, it is
