Application by Joseph Nannariello, as administrator of the estate of Marie Nannariello, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated February 16, 2016, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Marie Nannariello, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Joseph Nannariello, as administrator of the estate of Marie Nannariello, is substituted for the deceased appellant Marie Nannariello, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 20, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
