Application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 31, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal by American Hope Group, Inc., Mauricio Villamarin, Miriam Duran, Fairuz Manun, Yuracid Vergel, Leonor Gonzalez, John Oyuela, Elizabeth Martinez, and Lina Maria Arcila is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief on the appeal by Donado Law Firm, PC, Valmiro Donado, and Roberto Pagan-Lopez is enlarged until April 5, 2017, and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
