Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 2, 2016, and September 28, 2016, and the attorney for the children having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Arlene Bradshaw, Esq., dated February 21, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Danielle K. Blackaby, Esq., dated February 22, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 9, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
