DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered January 13, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged, and the respondent's brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 20, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
