DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 16, 2014, April 27, 2015, August 17, 2015 (two orders), and August 21, 2015, respectively, to waive the filing fee, and to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until April 12, 2017, and the appellant's appendix and brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the filing fee is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix is granted on condition that the appellant re-serve and file the appellant's appendix, in the form submitted to the Clerk of the Court, and the appellant's brief, and pay the filing fee on or before April 12, 2017.
