The People of the State of New York, Appellant, v Isaac Sanson, Respondent.

Joint motion by Curtis Green, Brian Rufle, Wayne Alman, Osvaldo Villafane and Hao Quan Ye for leave to submit an amici curiae brief to this court on an appeal from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 24, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the amici curiae brief must be served on the parties, and an original and five copies filed in this court, within 21 days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 14 days of the date that the amici curiae brief is due to be filed pursuant to this order.
