| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 23, 2015, and an order of the same court also dated June 23, 2015, for leave to serve and file a reply brief in response to the brief served and filed by the court evaluator.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the court evaluator is a respondent on the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 30, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
