ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated March 8, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "March 3, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "April 5, 2017."
