Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated January 21, 2015, to substitute Keith Behrle and Scott Behrle, as co-executors of the estate of Fred Behrle, for the deceased respondent Fred Behrle, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Keith Behrle and Scott Behrle, as co-executors of the estate of Fred Behrle, are substituted for the deceased respondent Fred Behrle, and the caption is amended accordingly.
