| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated May 28, 2015, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the reply papers filed in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated May 28, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental record is granted, and on or before April 12, 2017, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the reply papers filed in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated May 28, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
