Motion by the plaintiff-respondent for leave to reargue appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 3, 2015, and September 18, 2015, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 30, 2016, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
