ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated March 8, 2017, and the order on certification of this Court dated March 15, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 6, 2017, are amended by deleting from the caption and the first paragraph thereof the name "Gary" and substituting therefor the name "Guy."
